I originally had treatment at the Camac Clinic for my work-related problems from lifting and ward work. Paul suggested that I take a whole-of–body approach for this and began at the feet and work upwards. I had excellent results with complete relief from lower back and shoulder pain.

I was diagnosed with RSI in both arms when my baby was 3 months old. The problem got worse until I was unable to perform basic motherly care and day to day tasks.
